John R. Cook Mr. Cook graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1966. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1967. He is also admitted in the U.S. District Court Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
